Institut du Bosphore organizes its 7th Annual Seminar on 17-18 March 2016 in Istanbul entitled “TURKEY, FRANCE, EU: STAYING ON COURSE”.
The seminar will begin with a gala dinner. The debates will held the next day wıth the opening speeches and two round tables entitled: Europe in a Variable Geometry Versus Fortress Europe” and “European Union, France and Turkey: Challenges For a Better Cooperation.”
