The 6th Annual Seminar of Institut du Bosphore, organized in collaboration with CSFRS (High Council for Strategic Education and Research), will be held on the theme “Why Europe matters: transcending the crisis to invent our commun future”, on October 12th and 13th in Istanbul, in the presence of Jean-Marie Le Guen, French Secretary of State for relations with Parliament, and Volkan Bozkır, Turkish Minister of EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator.
