Cercle de l’Institut du Bosphore Meeting, 21/09/2017, Paris
The 7th edition of Cercle de l’Institut meeting held on Thursday 21 September at AXA Headquarters, main supporter of Institut du Bosphore on the theme “Quelles relations Turquie – France – Turquie?” (Which relationship for Turkey – France – EU?). Following the welcome note of Livio Manzini, Vice-President of Institut du Bosphore, the debate took place with the participation of Bahadir Kaleagasi, President, Institut du Bosphore & Secretary General, TUSIAD and Michel Duclos, President of Académie diplomatique international & Special Advisor, Institut Montaigne. The exchanges were moderated by Didier Billion, Deputy Director of IRIS and Board Member and Publications Coordinator of Institut du Bosphore. At the end of the debate, HE Ismail Hakki Musa, Ambassador of Turkey to France shared his assessments.
